On this page you will find some advice, help or a link to the areas where users often find themselves in trouble or would like to learn more. We welcome all your suggestions, comments and will consider as much as possible.

I would like to order a product that is not in stock. When is the delivery?

Products that are not in stock may have a different delivery time. We will respond within 24 hours.

Why would I be a registered user?

Being a registered user is a big advantage for you. Your purchases are cumulative, can collect loyalty points, you can claim various discounts. Ordering can be done with just a few clicks. You have access to your purchase history and can use the wish list.

What are the delivery times?

All orders received up until 14:00 PM will be prepared based on the stock and shipped the same day. You can expect delivery the next working day – this only applies to Slovenia. For anywhere else in Europe it is normally 2-5 days, and the rest of the world 7-14 days.

Can I choose the method of delivery?

Sure. When ordering, please include your requirements on the form and together we will choose an appropriate solution.

What are the payment methods?

The main payment methods: PayPal, PayPal credit cards, pro forma invoice, Moneta, payment on delivery.

In what currency can I pay?

We use the EURO as our main currency. Our online store also supports payments in USD dollars. In the event that you wish to pay in another currency, please let us know and we will find an appropriate solution for you.

What is the cost of delivery?

In the case of advance payment (pro forma invoice, Moneta, PayPal, PayPal credit card) delivery is free of charge. In the case when payment will be to the delivery service we charge 3,00 EUR when the total of the order is less than 25,00 EUR. Shipments that have a value of more than 25,00 EUR have free delivery irrespective of payment method. These conditions apply only in Slovenia. Delivery to other countries is subject to the price list. Please see section Delivery to the address.

I placed an order and did not receive any confirmation that my order has been accepted.

For each successful order you should get a confirmation to your email address. In the event that you didn't receive it, leave it for a few minutes and then please repeat the order process or inform us and we will help you with it.

How safe is my data?

Payments are made through providers of banking services. You will see an initial connection https: ... // which means that the data you enter are encoded by special technology (Secure Socket-Layer-). Other information: first name, last name, address, e-mail we need for the purpose of delivery. That data will not be disclosed to third parties. The data are protected and we are committed under the Personal Data Protection regulations.

I accidentally ordered the wrong product or quantity, what should I do?

You can cancel within an hour. In the event that you find out later and want to change your order, please contact us and together we will rectify the situation.

I received a product from your store and I would like to return it. What should I do?

Please inform us by e-mail. You have the right to do this when you use long distance ordering and you can return the product without having to specify the reasons. The product must be in the same condition and in its original packaging. You must notify us within 15 days after it has been received if you wish to return it. We must receive the product within no more than 45 days – included from the time you received. The cost of returning the product will be borne by the buyer.


How does the store work?

The store is designed and customized by knowledge of the user and their habits. It is based on our own experience. We believe that you will find the store easy to use.

Click on the logo izdelek.si and you will always return to the first page. The search function helps you find products and is a very useful tool. The header contains the properties of the registration, the possibility of language; Slovenian, English or others (can use google translation). Our Shop supports payments in EUR and USD currency. On the right is the Shopping Cart which leads you to the checkout.

The category helps you to quick browse through the store and takes you to product pages. The procedure is short and simple.

At the bottom you will find a variety of useful information such as blog, key features, contact, about us, terms and conditions, payment methods, delivery...


When purchasing

You can only purchase an item in the area where it is located. You will be able to make comparisons by checking out the properties of the product. It often happens that there is not enough information about the product you are buying, especially with technical goods. Online shop products may not clearly show enough data. You need exact dimensions. The displayed colors of the image can vary. It is good to have more data, so your decision will be correct and you will understand the quality of the product. We want to help you in your decision and purchase of the product. We encourage you to ask us and we will assist you. We want to have satisfied customers.

Ordering can be done as a registered user or guest. In the event that you have already registered then choose a delivery method, make payment and complete. Buying as 'guest' means that you don’t get the benefits of a registered user.

When ordering you can choose the appropriate amount, select the feature (color, size ... if available) and confirm button - in the cart.



It is good to check the payment terms! The vendor offers a variety of payment terms so that you have more choice and an easier decision. We appreciate payments via pro forma invoice, PayPal, Moneta, TT. The buyer usually obtains additional benefits in that case. Delivery takes place quickly and smoothly. You do not need to worry about receiving the consignment.



Before the completion of the purchase we suggest that you double-check the order. To confirm you must accept our terms and conditions. Placing the order mean entails the obligation to pay to the company. After a successful order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Registered users can check the status of their order in their account. We'll notify you within 24 hours if your order has been accepted, processed and your scheduled delivery time.


Wish list

The main purpose is to help users to get products with better terms. Alternatively, a user adds to a wish list for other purposes. The product you wish to buy is not in stock or you want to wait for the right time. Perhaps it is suitable for a gift, but you do not have time to buy and will do later... With each product you press the button "add to my wish list." The selected item will be recorded in your wish list section. The quantity of products is not limited, but you have to be on our user’s registration and login to e-news. We will inform you about the benefits and specifics related to the selected product. An order can also be made from the wish list.


My Account

Registered users have more benefits. We offer new products on a daily basis and that is one more reason why you should be our customer. Consumer electronics, computers, accessories for vehicles, children's products are the types of products that we supply and import. Benefits, big discounts and more that only a registered user obtains. Do not hesitate!

Registered users can log in when visiting the store. New users can follow the registration procedure. For faster registration you can log in as a user through Google or Facebook. After the first registration you have access to all the benefits that we offer. The control panel in your account has several options: Account, Contacts, My orders, billing, profiles, opinions about products, badges, Wish list, My application, Subscription.

You will have insight into your purchase history and with your permission (Subscribe to e-news) you will be informed from time to time of new products.


Discount code

Follow our activities. We often advertise different codes, and you can take advantage of them when buying. The code for the discount will be given to our loyal users.
